After years of experimentation and one brand failure, Ben and his partner launched Olipop in 2018. Crafted with fiber, prebiotics, and sweetened with Stevia, Olipop quickly found its place among the rising "functional sodas." It started in natural food stores and is now on track to reach nearly $500 million in sales this year.
